Cancellation requests must be submitted to Dwarkadhish Travels through the official communication channel. More than 15 days before the scheduled departure date: cancellation charges may be limited to applicable booking, hotel and administrative charges. 8 to 15 days before departure: up to 25% of the total package amount may be charged as cancellation fees. 4 to 7 days before departure: up to 50% of the total package amount may be charged as cancellation fees. Less than 4 days before departure or no-show: up to 100% of the package amount may be charged. Hotel, vehicle, special darshan, activity or other third-party cancellation charges may be deducted separately where applicable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation and service charges. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking, hotel, vehicle and services selected.

Temple timings and darshan schedules may change during festivals, special occasions and local events. Please arrive at the pickup location at the agreed time to avoid delays. Water activities at Shivrajpur Beach are subject to weather, safety conditions and availability. Swimming in the sea is not recommended unless specifically permitted in designated safe areas. Travellers should maintain appropriate behaviour and follow rules at religious sites. Carry sufficient drinking water and personal medicines during sightseeing.
